The Law Office of Joshua A. Burt today filed suit against Time Warner Cable, Inc., Komtech, Inc. and five other defendants for sexual harassment, failure to pay earned wages and overtime , fraud, and breach of contract. The complaint alleges that Time Warner Cable and Komtech knowingly allowed its employees to harass and intimidate Kristine Avalos and unlawfully withheld tens of thousands of dollars of her wages. Ms. Avalos is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
