The Law Office of Joshua A. Burt today filed a lawsuit today against Amgen for wrongful termination based on disability discrimination.  The complaint alleges that Amgen terminated the plaintiff because of he suffers from multiple sclerosis.  The complaint further alleges that plaintiff’s supervisor told him that he was concerned that he would not be able to do the work because of his illness. Plaintiff believes that he was fired just one week later solely because of this erroneous belief.  The plaintiff is seeking damages lost wages, emotional trauma, and the physical effects of the stress relating to his job loss.
