The Law Office of Joshua A. Burt today filed suit against Rite Aid for constructive discharge, discrimination and harassment based on sex and national origin. The complaint alleges that Rite Aid’s manager made lewd, derogatory, sexual and anti-hispanic comments to a Rite Aid Checker. Plaintiff is seeking damages for emotional trauma, lost wages, and the physical ailments resulting from the stress of the loss of her job.
